About us

A Canadian asset holder with a single, long-term purpose.

LFG Properties is the registered business name of 1000933908 Ontario Ltd., a privately held Ontario corporation whose activity is the holding, maintenance and technical stewardship of mineral claims in Canada.

We operate to the standards of the Canadian mineral sector — NI 43-101 technical reporting under CSA rules, and CIMVAL-code independent valuation — and we keep our property in good standing with the British Columbia mining registry. The company is incorporated under the Ontario Business Corporations Act (Ontario Corporation No. 1000933908) and is directed and owned by its two directors, who manage it autonomously.

The property

The LG Placer Property, Lillooet.

A mineral claims portfolio in the Lillooet mining area of British Columbia — a region of the Coast Mountains shaped by the Lillooet River and its historic mining trails toward Port Douglas. The property is supported by an NI 43-101 technical report and an independent CIMVAL valuation, and is maintained in good standing on British Columbia’s Mineral Titles Online registry.

Our approach is stewardship: exploration, technical updating and orderly maintenance of the claims over time.

Heritage

A place with gold in its history.

The Lillooet country lies at the heart of British Columbia’s 1858 gold rush, when more than thirty thousand gold seekers pushed up the Fraser and Lillooet rivers toward the diggings and the trail to Port Douglas.

That heritage is the backdrop to today’s work: the same rivers and valleys, now held and stewarded to modern Canadian standards.
